Comfortable beds that are super cozy, rooms might be small but have a nice big bath 🛁. The pool is lovely and convenient parking available right here.

Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Loved our fantastic room with a comfy king-size bed and a great view. Had all the essentials like a safe, a stocked mini-bar, and central heating to keep us cozy 😊.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant for dinner. A safe, a mini-bar and central heating were available here.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly welcoming.

Plush surroundings, comfy bed, great hot shower. Tasty restaurant meal, albeit limited choices. Amazing lake views from spa area. Expresses dedication to sustainability with electric car charging and solar panels. Nice staff at night bar during wedding.

The staff was very friendly. There is enough parking space in front of the hotel. The room was clean and the spa area.. The sauna was great (with aroma scent).

our room was on the top floor. so we had to climb a narrow staircase with the luggage. in the bathroom there was a bathtub with shower, room was so low that we both could not take a shower standing up - something like this does not work at all! hamam in the spa smelled a little bit old and rotten. couches are very (! uncomfortable, kind of beanbags, in a way that they don't adapt to the body. we ordered a mojito the last evening - but according to the bartender it was not possible to make one. location is good - it takes you 20 min to walk to the city. you have to go down the hill through a small forest, so it's pretty unpleasant at night and in the rain, you can reach the lake in 5 minutes. if you want to go from your room (or lobby) to the spa. you have to pass the restaurant in your bathrobe and go outside (not roofed). that was very uncool because it was cold and raining.

The location here is beautiful, surrounded by well-kept pine trees and near Chamonix and the old town, and the room is cozy and comes with a balcony – really enjoyed it.

Slow delivery of tea and coffee and missing cutlery. The self-serve counters were poorly placed, causing congestion and hindering other guests.
